General
Casing elevators can be available with SLX model and
CD model in configuration, SLX casing elevators are cast from high
quality alloy steel, while CD casing elevators are forged from high
quality alloy steel and CD casing elevators are more popular in
China, Russia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and other Middle Asia
countries, both SLX casing elevators and CD casing elevators can be
available in Taixing Petroleum Machinery Co., Ltd., sometimes TA
casing elevators are asked for, and this model can be available.
SLX casing elevator
SLX casing elevators are conventional collar type side door
elevators for handling casing in drilling operation, SLX casing
elevators are cast from high quality alloy steel, heat-treated,
and NDT tested. The rated loads rang from 150t(1350kN) to
350t(3150kN), and cover pipe sizes from 4½" to 24" OD, each
casing elevator is 1.5 times of the working load tested. SLX
casing elevator is constructed in two halves, the two halves are
jointed together by hinge pin in such a way to give it a side
door construction feature along with a proper balance, one end
of both the haves are hinged to each other and the other ends
has a latching mechanism with a safety lock. Casing elevators
are equipped with easy and safe operating handles at the front,
link ears conform to API elevator links, SLX casing elevators
bear API monogram as per API requirements, and marked with size
of casing and rated working capacity. each casing elevator is
provided grease nipples for lubrication of the movable pins, API
monogram in conjunction with numbers, product series numbers are
hard die stamped on shoulders of casing elevators for tracing,
and casing elevators shoulders are die stamped with size of
casing and rated working capacity. Manufacturer¡¯s name plates
are provided on bodies of casing elevators, warranty for casing
elevators are listed in casing elevator manual.

CD casing elevator
CD casing

45¡æ, contact the manufacturer, CD casing elevators may be equipped with
magnetic link block (magnetic safety pin) to ensure much safer and easier
operation. |
